Coaching program terms
The Free to Fly parent coaching program is a virtual coaching service delivered by video, nationwide. Engagements begin with a scheduled discovery call, and program scope, schedule, and fees are confirmed in writing before coaching starts.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and for how you apply coaching guidance in your own family. Refunds for coaching and digital purchases are handled under our Refund Policy.
Coaching is not therapy
Nicole Runyon, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker and psychotherapist. Her coaching and speaking services, however, are not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or medical care, and purchasing them does not create a therapist-client relationship.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you believe you or your child needs clinical care, contact a licensed clinician in your area. If there is an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Speaking engagement terms
Keynote and workshop bookings are confirmed through a separate written agreement covering the event date, fees, travel, and deliverables. Until that agreement is signed by both parties, no booking is guaranteed.
Digital resources license
Free guides and other digital resources from Nicole Runyon, LLC are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell them, repost them publicly, or remove attribution. Schools and organizations that want to distribute materials should request written permission first.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
